"The Basics of DvT Short Form" with Erinn Webb, MA, RDT-BCT
Workshop & Play*Space: In this workshop you will learn about how to condense long-form play with individuals into brief 15 minute stress reduction sessions, in the style of the Miss Kendra / ALIVE Program counselors applying this method in schools. Short-form is applicable to other settings where time constraints are limiting as well, and it can also be used with all ages. We will go over the 10 steps, and how to quickly make offers, place demands, and play through the player’s natural anxiety curve for brief, satisfying, and impactful moments of play.
Following the workshop will be an experience of DvT play led by practitioners from the NYC DvT practitioner training program.
